What can Velox Pi help with?
Useful websites, web applications, mobile products, workflow automation and integrations. You can start with a small improvement to an existing tool or a focused first version of something new.
How does Velox Pi approach a project?
We start with the business need and agree a practical scope, deliverables, cost, timeline and availability before work begins. A focused improvement to an existing website or workflow is welcome.
How much will it cost, and how long will it take?
That depends on the scope, existing systems and the content or access needed. We agree deliverables, cost, timing and how changes will be handled before you commit. There is no standard price or guaranteed turnaround for every project.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Describe what you want to improve, who will use it, what you already use and any timing or budget constraints. A rough idea is enough; you do not need a technical specification.
Do I need a new website or an AI solution?
Not necessarily. Improving the site or tools you already use may be enough. AI is considered only where it suits the task, available data and need for human review.
Our product and capabilities
Is Stak a client project?
No. Stak is Velox Pi’s own flagship product, a New Zealand budgeting app currently being prepared for launch. It demonstrates product design and engineering work; it is not presented as a client engagement or evidence of customer results.
Can you build mobile apps?
Yes. Mobile product design and application engineering are part of the studio’s capabilities. Platform support, testing and store submission are agreed for each project; release dates depend on readiness and any required store review.
Ownership, support and location
Who owns the work and the accounts?
Ownership, access, handover and any third-party licences are set out in the project agreement. We clarify these before starting, including which accounts you need to own and what you will receive at handover.
What happens after launch?
Web application projects include 90 days of free bug fixes within the published Support Terms. New features, ongoing maintenance and other support are scoped separately; the signed project agreement takes precedence.
Are there ongoing costs?
There may be domain, hosting, software subscription or usage costs, depending on the solution. We identify the expected services and who pays for them when agreeing scope. Third-party prices and usage can change.
Where do you work?
Velox Pi is based in New Zealand and works remotely with businesses across the country. Project availability is agreed before work begins.
