How much does a website cost?
It depends on what your business needs — a professional small-business website is typically a few thousand dollars, not tens of thousands. After a free 15-minute chat we send a written fixed-price quote. Fixed means fixed: no hourly billing, no surprises.
How long does it take?
A typical small-business website goes live in about three weeks from the moment we have your deposit and your content (text, photos, logo). Larger apps take longer — we give you an honest timeline in the quote before you commit.
What do you need from me?
Three things: your content (words, photos, and logo — we can help polish or create these), timely feedback at the two review points, and a single person on your side who can make decisions. That's it. We handle everything technical.
Who owns the website?
You do — completely. Your domain name and hosting accounts are registered in your name from day one, and on final payment the website and its content belong to you. If you ever want to move on from us, everything is yours to take.
What happens after launch?
Every web app we deliver includes 90 days of free bug fixes (see our Support Terms for exactly what that covers). After that, you can choose a monthly care plan — we keep everything updated, monitored, and supported — or simply call us when you need something.
Do I need to understand technology?
No. Explaining things in plain language is one of our founding promises. You describe what you want in your own words; we translate it into technology and explain every decision in terms of what it means for your business.
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
Yes. We take on redesigns and rebuilds — often a business has outgrown a template site or an old build that doesn't work on phones. We'll review what you have for free and tell you honestly whether it needs a refresh or a rebuild.
Are there ongoing costs?
Only modest third-party fees, paid directly by you so you're never locked in: your domain name (roughly $30–50 a year) and hosting (often free or a few dollars a month for small sites). If you choose a care plan with us, that's the only ongoing fee we charge.
Do you build mobile apps too?
Yes — iOS and Android apps, including the whole App Store and Google Play publishing process, which we handle end to end. We also build the systems behind apps: bookings, payments, dashboards, and automation.
Where are you based?
New Zealand — and we work with clients anywhere. Everything we do (calls, demos, reviews, delivery) works just as well remotely.
