90-Day Support Terms
Last updated: 5 July 2026
Every web application we deliver includes 90 days of free support after launch. We'd rather explain exactly what that means than hide behind fine print — so here it is, in plain language.
What's covered
If something we built doesn't work the way we agreed it would in your project scope, we fix it — free, and with priority. That includes things like broken pages or forms, features not behaving as described, errors we introduced, and problems on the devices and browsers we agreed to support.
What's not covered
- New features or changes— anything beyond the agreed scope is new work, which we're happy to quote
- Content updates — new text, photos, or pages (a care plan covers small ongoing changes)
- Third-party services— outages or changes in services we don't control, such as hosting providers, payment processors, or email services
- Changes made by others — if someone other than us modifies the code or configuration, we can help put things right, but as quoted work
How it works
The 90 days start on your launch date, which we confirm in writing at handover. Spot a problem? Email contact@veloxpi.com with a short description (screenshots help). We acknowledge within one business day and tell you when the fix will land.
After the 90 days
You choose: a monthly care plan (updates, monitoring, small changes, and priority support) or simply ask us when you need something, quoted case by case. There's no lock-in either way — your website and accounts belong to you.
One honest note
If your signed project agreement says something different from this page, the agreement wins — this page is a plain-language summary, not a replacement for it. Questions? Just ask: contact@veloxpi.com.
